Tsinghua Shenzhen International Graduate School (Tsinghua SIGS) engages in all-around cooperation with local governments at all levels, enterprises, universities, and public institutions in the country in research, talent development, industrial research, and other fields.
The Office of Development and Planning manages the all-round cooperation of Tsinghua SIGS in China (excluding Hong Kong, Macao, and Taiwan). The all-round cooperation means specifically the cooperation between Tsinghua SIGS and central ministries and commissions, important local government organizations, large enterprises, and public institutions in a variety of fields, which generates substantial influence on the development of Tsinghua SIGS or involves multiple parties.
